Standard Party Package

The standard party play package is £10 per head which includes exclusivity of the play café for you and your guests.

Included is also either a buffet of cold food to include mixed sandwiches, sausage rolls, crisps, selection of fruit, and selection of sweet treats or this will be boxed up individually. Unlimited juice is also available in the package. On request we can do a little singing session of nursery rhymes and bubbles depending on the age of the child. We also have a party table set up with a back drop, a lightbox with their name on and a sweet wheel with small bags of sweets. Here you can put the cake and birthday presents from your guests.

A warm buffet can be provided for an extra £1 per head.

Games Package

Games package is £11 per head which includes everything above but with party games and dances. This is more suited for ages 3 to 4 years.

Messy Play Package

Messy play package – This is £11 per head and includes everything in the standard package but with four trays of messy play.

Craft Package

This includes all the elements of our standard package but each child will participate in a craft. This could involve painting, gluing, printing or all to create a master piece that each child can take home.

We are more than happy to discuss the craft with you on booking in order to provide the best for your child. Here are some of our options:

  • Wooden letters £15 per head (9mm thick 15 cm tall)
  • Painting/gluing picture £11 per head
  • Painting/gluing on canvas £13 per head
  • Paint a tote bag £13 per head

Tots Explore’s Party Information

During your party our café is open with our normal menu on offer, so parents can order food and drinks while at the party.

 

During your party if you’d like a slideshow of photos or video playing of the birthday child, we have a projector and screen that enables us to do this. You just need to bring a folder full of photos on a memory stick. Please let us know on your booking form if you wish to use this facility. There is a cost of £10 for this.

 

Party sweet cones can be added to any of our packages for £1.50 each.

 

All our packages are for a minimum of 12 children. If there are between 10 and 15 there is a room hire charge of £15 however this is wavered for over 15 children.

 

Finally we require a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your party booking date and any deposits applicable to any extras. This deposit can only be returned if we cannot provide your party for any reason. We can move the date if we are given 1 month notice.

At Tots Explore we always try to make your party bespoke to you to make it perfect for your child’s special day.

Optional Extras

We can offer a Iggle piggle, Peter Rabbit, Chase from Paw Patrol, Bing, Peppa Pig and JJ from Cocomelon mascot for a meet and greet at your party for £35-£40 each. Please look on our facebook page for more pictures of our mascots as they are of high quality spec.

 

If you’d like a petting zoo at your party for 1 hour then we can arrange this for £120.(£25 deposit) We’d just need to check availability of the zoo and the princess before confirming.
